Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do I receive?

Your full Digital Family Portrait Collection: the finished Master Portrait, a personalised Family Name Edition, a Clean Edition with no wording, a Worldwide Print Pack of digital files in five sizes, a Phone & Social Edition, and a Family Location Card. Everything is delivered as digital files — nothing physical is shipped.

How much does it cost?

$39 covers 2–3 people. Larger groups are $39 plus $18 per extra person, up to 8 people. Need it faster? 48-hour Rush is available at checkout for an extra $30.

Is this really a digital download, or will something physical arrive?

100% digital. You'll receive your full collection as files to download — nothing is printed or shipped to you. If you'd like a physical copy, the Worldwide Print Pack is prepared so you can print it yourself in five common sizes.

What photos do I need to send?

Clear, individual photos of everyone you'd like included — you don't need a perfect group shot, or even a group shot at all. Old or lower-quality photos are welcome too. If a photo needs extra restoration work, we'll always tell you before any additional work begins.

How long does it take?

We'll confirm your timeline once your order is placed. If you need it quickly, choose 48-hour Rush at checkout for an extra $30.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Your first revision is included at no extra cost. Additional revisions are $20 each.

Can I get this printed or put on canvas?

Your Worldwide Print Pack gives you print-ready digital files in five sizes to print yourself, wherever you are. If you'd like us to arrange a canvas or framed print for you, just ask — we're happy to help.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. Your photos and finished portrait are delivered privately and are never shared with anyone else.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes — because everything is delivered digitally, there's no shipping involved, so we can work with families anywhere in the world.

How many people can be in one portrait?

Up to 8. Just choose your group size when you order, and the price adjusts automatically.
