Using a photo you already have of them, we can bring a loved one who has passed into the same portrait as the rest of your family — reviewed by hand, the same way every portrait we create is, so it feels respectful and true to who they were, not automated or impersonal.
This isn't something we lead with on our main site, because it's a deeply personal request, not a marketing angle. But it's something we're glad to do, carefully, whenever it's asked for.
How This Works
- Check the photos first. Upload the photos you have of everyone, including the loved one who has passed. No payment needed yet.
- We review them carefully. We’ll tell you whether they’re suitable or if we need a better image.
- When the photos are suitable, place your order. Then we compose, check, and review every likeness and detail by hand.
