Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 2026. These terms are a starting draft based on how this business currently operates and have not been reviewed by a solicitor. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before being relied on as final.

1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of a Digital Family Portrait Collection ("the Service"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

We create a custom, hand-composed family or friend portrait from separate photographs you provide. Every finished portrait is reviewed by a photographer before delivery. The final product is delivered entirely as digital files — nothing physical is shipped as part of the standard order.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and vary by group size. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. All prices are in the currency displayed at checkout.

4. Your photos

By submitting photographs, you confirm that you have the right to use them and permission from the people shown, or from family, for a loved one who has passed. You are responsible for ensuring you have this permission. We reserve the right to decline an order if a photo cannot reasonably be used.

If a photo requires significant restoration work beyond normal processing, we will tell you before carrying out any additional work, and may confirm any additional cost with you first.

5. Production and delivery

After checkout, you will be asked to upload your photographs. Production begins once your photos are received. We will confirm your expected timeline once your order is placed. A 48-hour Rush option is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Your finished collection is delivered digitally, privately, and is not shared with anyone else.

6. Revisions

One revision is included with every order at no extra cost. Further revisions are available for an additional fee, shown at the time of request.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Because each portrait is custom-made for you, once production has begun we are not able to offer a refund except where the work has not been carried out as described, or where we are unable to complete your order. If you wish to cancel before production has started, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this.

8. Intellectual property

Once delivered, you may use your finished portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes, including printing it for your own home or gifting it. We retain the right to use anonymised or approved examples of our work for demonstration purposes, unless you ask us not to.

9. Limitation of liability

We aim to provide an accurate, high-quality likeness of the people in your photographs, but cannot guarantee a perfect match in every case. Our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

11. Contact
